We are a Tasmanian independent livestock marketing and auctioneering business based in Northern Tasmania. Webb and Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing have been operating in Tasmania for more than 11 years.

About Us
The Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing story commenced in 2008 when Mark Webb started his own independent livestock marketing business trading as Webb & Co Livestock Marketing.
Reg Woodiwiss joined the firm as a partner and director some 9 months later and the firm was restructured and called Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing.
The business quickly established a large client following elevating it to Tasmania’s largest independent livestock marketing firm, and now has 3 employed livestock marketing representatives (one as a trainee) and 2 administration staff.
Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing has a strong culture of introducing and training new entrants into the livestock business and frequently has school trainees out on the job with the team.
A General Auctioneers Licence was gained in 2017 with Reg as licence holder and principal auctioneer. The business has conducted several sheep stud auctions for clients over the last few years.
Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing is an accredited RMA member. Our professionalism and integrity was recognised in 2016 when Mark was awarded the RMA Award for Excellence for his continued dedication and professional contributions to the RMA network. Being members of the RMA Network we are able to offer transit insurance to our clients.
Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing can provide the full suite of livestock services including stud stock, store cattle and sheep, and prime cattle and sheep. We also have export orders for cattle including dairy stock. We regularly travel to the mainland to source store stock for clients when seasonal conditions suit.
Our livestock representatives have the latest auto-drafting sheep weighing systems, cattle scales and EID scanners.
We are constantly sourcing forward contracts for clients and have developed strong relationships with processors and supermarkets. We also use our close relationship with our clients plus our understanding of their production systems to predict prime stock numbers, and regularly forward book kill space.
Webb & Woodiwiss Livestock Marketing is a regular seller on Auctions Plus and all our marketing team are accredited assessors.
